FREIGHT SERVICE,
U.S.P.S. and WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
Below are 3 options for delivery services.
All options may not be
available in all areas, call for details.
SHIPPING
AND DELIVERY:

UPS, Fed-X, U.S.P.S. will be used for small items, such
as;
Portable Fly Tying Desks, Tool Stations, etc..

| Freight Delivery and
White Glove Service will be used for large items, such as;
Roll-Top and Full-Size Fly Tying Desks, Feather & Material
Hutch,
Windsor Desk Chairs, Fly Rod Stands, etc..
Freight Service allows a skid/pallet to be used. This helps eliminate damages
due to excessive handling.
The driver can reclaim the skid/pallet.
The Freight Carriers delivery schedule is Monday thru Friday 9:00am to
5:00pm.

Service includes:
1.) Insured packages.
2.) 2 to 10 day delivery.

| Freight Delivery
Options may include:
1.) Insured packages/pallets.
2.) Curb-side and inside Garage Delivery Services.
3.) Residence delivery with call in-advance service.
4.) Lift-Gate Service.

| White Glove
Delivery Service may include:
1.) Insured items.
2.) Each item is Blanket wrapped
3.) Inside (to room) delivery. |
INSURANCE:
| All Products require insurance. |
CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE:
| Construction will begin
after the down payment is received and checks
clear. Normal construction time (for all products) range from 90 to 180 days.
BE PATIENT... NO refunds are authorized during the build process. |
DELIVERY:
| After the item(s)
are completed, Delivery is 4 to 6 weeks
(depending on product).

GUARANTEE and RETURN/REFUND
POLICY: If you are not completely satisfied,
| You can return the
item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund
of the purchase price. |
| Refunds will be
issued upon the receipt and inspection of the item(s). |
| Include your name and

| Send the product(s) back
in the original package, prepaid with insurance.
